Hybrid work means every meeting is a video meeting. Synapses Technologies designs, installs, and supports video conference rooms that start on time, sound clear on both ends, and don’t need an IT call to get going — from a two-person huddle room to a full boardroom.

We build around Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, so your team joins with the same one-touch experience they already know from their desktop or phone.

Room Types

Huddle Rooms A Logitech MeetUp or Rally Bar gives a small room camera, speaker, and microphone in a single unit — wide-angle coverage for two to six people with plug-and-play setup.

Standard Conference Rooms Logitech Rally camera and speaker system, paired with a touch controller for one-touch join, scales to mid-size rooms without losing detail on faces or whiteboards.

Boardrooms and Training Rooms Larger rooms need dedicated audio reinforcement. We add Shure or QSC ceiling and table microphones so every voice is heard clearly at the far end, and Sony BRAVIA Professional displays sized for the room.

  • Displays: Sony BRAVIA Professional displays for sharp video and content sharing
  • Audio: Shure or QSC microphones and DSP for boardrooms and training rooms where table mics alone won’t reach
  • Platform: Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms, licensed and configured to your existing tenant
  • Network: wired and Wi-Fi connectivity sized for video traffic, on its own network segment
  • Management: remote monitoring and support, so most issues are caught and fixed before your next meeting
