Introduction
Proofpoint 365 Total Protection is a security suite for Microsoft 365. It starts with spam and malware filtering and adds AI-based threat protection, encryption, archiving, Microsoft 365 backup, and security awareness training. Four plans bundle these services together, and each service can also be added on its own, so you get exactly the protection your business needs.

You don’t have to move up a plan to get one more capability. Every 365 Total Protection service can be added on its own, to any plan. For example, a business on Plan 1 can add the Security Awareness Service without moving to Plan 4.
