Introduction
The TASCAM Sonicview 24XP is a professional digital mixing and multitrack recording console built for live sound, broadcast, theater, houses of worship, installed AV, remote production, and recording applications. Its expansive control surface combines 24 channel faders plus a master fader with three 7-inch color touchscreens, dedicated rotary controls, channel displays, and customizable user controls, giving engineers fast access to large mixes without depending on a single central display.
A 96kHz, 54-bit floating-point FPGA mixing engine provides the foundation for 40 mono input channels, two stereo input channels, four stereo effects returns, 22 configurable AUX/GROUP buses, four internal effects processors, and extensive routing. The Sonicview 24XP adds 24 local mic/line inputs, 16 balanced XLR outputs, integrated Dante networking, 32-in/32-out USB audio, and multitrack recording capabilities, creating a flexible centerpiece for both stand-alone productions and larger networked professional audio systems.
