Introduction

The TASCAM BD-MP4K is a professional 1U 4K/UHD Blu-ray and multimedia player designed for installed AV, touring systems, education, houses of worship, theaters, entertainment venues, corporate presentation systems, and other applications requiring high-resolution video playback and professional system integration. It handles 4K/UHD Blu-ray, standard Blu-ray, DVD, and CD media while also playing compatible video, audio, and image files from SD cards, USB flash storage, and network shares.

With video output up to 2160p, HDR and Dolby Vision capabilities, HDMI 2.0 video/audio output, a dedicated HDMI audio output, balanced XLR stereo audio, 7.1-channel analog output, and coaxial digital audio, the BD-MP4K can serve as a versatile central playback source. Gigabit Ethernet and RS-232C provide professional external control, while network-share playback, power-on playback, repeat functions, lockable controls, and an included infrared remote make it equally suitable for staffed systems and permanent installations.
