The four-way KPT-MCM-II is offered with a passive crossover network for operation in a bi-amp configuration. This behind-the-screen system can be powered with less amplification, using less wiring, and with reduced install and setup time in a new or retrofit application. Low frequency is handled by a KPT-MWM-LF dual 15-inch high-efficiency horn-loaded woofer enclosure, with a separate single 12-inch Tractrix Horn-loaded mid-bass device and Tractrix Horn two-inch exit titanium compression driver for high frequencies.

KPT-745-B

Designed to generate movie chills and thrills similar to the KPT-MCM-II, the KPT-745-B delivers that performance from a much shallower cabinet to fit a limited depth area behind a screen in a grand auditorium. Low-frequency punch is provided by the high-efficiency KPT-415-LF quad 15-inch bass unit, aided by a separate single 8-inch Tractrix horn-loaded mid-bass device. This version adds a mid/high passive processor for bi-amp configuration.
